Yakiniku Kappo Ryotei Note

I found this spot tucked quietly along a side street, the kind of place you’d walk past unless you were really looking. Inside, the atmosphere shifts warm wood, gentle lighting, and the comforting hiss of meat touching a hot grill. The A5 wagyu was outstanding meltingly tender and full of flavor and the staff guided the grilling with quiet precision. Even the small dishes, like their clean dashi soup and kimchi trio, showed real care.
