The first thing you notice is the rich, deep green color of the ice cream, which already hints at the intensity of the matcha flavor. The taste doesn’t disappoint – it's bold, earthy, slightly bitter, and beautifully balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. It’s clear they use high-quality Uji matcha, giving it that authentic, slightly astringent kick that real matcha fans crave.
