They have halal menu and use halal certified meat. They use seasoning which corresponds with halal standards. We cook on a stainless steel plate exclusively. Also, the iron plates, stone plates, forks and knives are exclusively for the halal menu. They use exclusively cooking utensils, such as cutting boards, knives, and bowls on their kitchen.
