Located next to a hotel, which I believe they serve breakfast for the hotel guests as well. I often bring my family here. I chat with the staff before if they use halal ingredients and yes, they assured me with photos proof that we meat and ingredients used are halal certified. They are still waiting for their halal application process to come through. Feel free to ask the staff anything, they will provide assurance. The menu are mix of western, malay, and chinese cuisines.
