Maru Jayeonsik Gimbap is a cozy vegan gimbap spot in Insadong, Seoul. People like it for its tasty plant-based gimbap, friendly staff, fair prices, and relaxed outdoor seating. the dumplings and yuzu tea are popular. seating is outdoors and the place can get busy. Overall, a great, simple vegan stop.
