"Hi, I wanted to say thank you for the lovely meal earlier—your dishes are always delicious. We had a small issue though: when we requested an extra glass to share a drink to family member ( mix fruit tea) and surpricingly it was declined. We understand if there’s a policy, but it would really help if the staff could explain such situations a bit more kindly or maybe offer an alternative.
