Situated in Susukino area, Fukunoki (福の樹) is a highly regarded ramen restaurant in Sapporo, known for its commitment to serving halal, vegan, and gluten-free options. Located near the Susukino district, it offers a welcoming environment for diverse dietary preferences. ⸻ 🍜 Signature Dishes • Tomato-Based Ramen: Fukunoki’s specialty is its rich, tomato-based broth, crafted from fresh tomatoes and, in some variations, enhanced with prawn stock. This unique flavor profile sets it apart from traditional ramen offerings. • Vegan Options: The menu includes vegan-friendly choices, such as ramen with soy meat and curry ramen with soy meat. These dishes cater to plant-based diets without compromising on taste. • Gluten-Free Noodles: For those avoiding gluten, Fukunoki offers rice-flour noodles, providing a satisfying alternative to wheat-based noodles. ⸻ 🕌 Halal Assurance While Fukunoki does not possess formal halal certification, the owner, Ms. Kana Obara, personally adheres to a diet free from pork and alcohol. She ensures that all ingredients are halal-certified, and the kitchen exclusively uses halal products. This dedication has earned the trust of many Muslim patrons. ⸻
