Chicken is generally praised for being ranggup (crispy) and sedap. Many customers say the flavour has a nice twist that stands out. • Portion sizes and pricing are considered fair. Many say that the chicken combos or “set jimat” items are worth what you pay. • Menu variety is decent: besides just fried chicken, there are burgers, wraps (twister), sides, and noodles (e.g. mee kari) in some branches. • Good service and relatively fast food service style. Many repeat customers. What could be better: • During peak hours, waiting times increase, and some menu items may run out. Consistency (crispiness, flavour intensity) sometimes varies. • Some side items (like cheesy wedges or mashed potatoes) get less favourable feedback, either for taste or portion. One review says “jange oda cheezy wedges sbb x sedak” (“don’t order the cheesy wedges cause not tasty”) • Depending on location, parking / seating may be limited. ⸻ Verdict: If you’re craving fried chicken in KB, Jitu Fried Chicken is a solid choice — good flavour, decent price, and enough variety to satisfy. Best to go a bit early or off-peak so you get your chicken fresh + crispy with minimal wait.
